  • Price does not include your DelFest ticket, which must be purchased separately.
 
  • A security deposit of $200, either by credit/debit card or cash is required at check-in. Security deposits will be refunded, in full, at check-out once tent and gear are inspected for damage.
   
  • Package price includes all applicable state and local taxes.
   
  • Valid credit card required for any incidental charges at time of check-in.
   
  • Packages are NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
   
  • Packages are refundable if canceled up to two weeks prior to the event.
 

Bedding Information

THE SHOW SHERPA BEDDING UPDATE

Here at The Show Sherpa, we are always looking for ways to reduce our impact on the environment. The amount of waste water we create and energy needed to wash and dry our Sherpa bedding is increasingly excessive. So beginning this year we are changing our bedding program and will now be charging a fee of $15/per person for those guests who elect to use Sherpa bedding.

This nominal fee covers the cost of a 45-degree sleeping bag which, at the end of the event, will be yours to keep! The Show Sherpa will not be making any money on the sale and, in fact, we are providing the bags to our guests at our cost from the manufacturer.

If you elect to not keep the bag then The Show Sherpa will donate it to a relief/refugee organization on your behalf to help provide bedding to folks in need. We think that’s a win-win-win situation for our guests, our environment and those that could use a warm bed to sleep in.
