Thorough stall cleaning, bedding management, manure removal, and keeping your barn tidy and hygienic. A clean barn is a healthy barn — I take this seriously and won't cut corners.

Feeding & Daily Horse Care
Morning and evening feeds, hay and water checks, supplements administered per your instructions, and a knowledgeable eye on each horse's health and behavior. I've fed and cared for up to 11 horses daily and I know what "normal" looks like — and when something's off.

Vacation Care & Temporary Boarding
Go on vacation without worrying about your horses. I provide full care coverage — feeding, stall cleaning, health monitoring, turnout, and any other routines your horses need. I've operated my own stable for over 20 years and know how to keep a barn running smoothly in your absence.

I can be there when you can't — holding horses for vet and farrier appointments, following through on treatment instructions, and keeping you informed. I have coursework in equine science, equine health, and farrier science, and I know how to handle horses safely during procedures.

Regular grooming to keep your horse clean, healthy, and happy — brushing, hoof picking, detangling, and basic coat care. A well-groomed horse is a bonded horse, and regular grooming sessions are a great way to spot small health issues before they become big ones.

Minor repairs, fence checks, gate fixes, water trough maintenance, and general barn upkeep. I'm resourceful and practical — if something's fixable, I'll fix it, and if it needs a specialist, I'll let you know.

Basic Riding & Horsemanship Instruction
New to horses or looking to build a stronger foundation? I taught riders of all ages and levels for 10 years at Krista's Stable and Farm, and I bring that same patient, encouraging approach to every lesson. Whether you want to improve your position, develop better communication with your horse, or simply feel more confident in the saddle, I can help. My instruction draws on 35+ years of riding across multiple disciplines, USDF educational training, clinics in natural horsemanship and groundwork, and biomechanics study with internationally recognized specialists.
